By accessing or placing orders through our website, you confirm that you understand, agree, and accept to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies posted on the site.

3. Ordering & Contract Formation

• All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

• A contract for sale is formed only when your order is accepted and confirmed by us via email.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at any time.

• You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Prices listed are in Indian Rupees (₹) and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Branding Store

• GST @18% will be added to applicable orders at checkout.

• For theatre and other service bookings, 100% advance payment is required for confirmation.

• Payment can be made by the methods provided at checkout (credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, etc.).

5. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines vary by product and service. Estimated delivery or completion timelines will be communicated during order processing.

• Dispatch and delivery of physical products are carried out through approved logistics partners.

• Shipping charges (if any) are added at checkout.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Physical Products:

• Returns are accepted only when products are defective, damaged, or incorrect — as per our Return Policy.

• Return requests must be submitted within the period specified in the Return Policy.

Services (e.g., Advertising Bookings):

• For service bookings, refunds are applicable only before ad placement is initiated.

• If a refund is applicable, platform charges and payment gateway/transaction fees (usually 4%–6%) will be deducted from the refundable amount.

• Once service (like ad placement) has started, no cancellation or refund is allowed.

7. Advertising & Theatre Services

• Theatre advertising, cinema ads, and other media services follow specific terms outlined separately.
  For example, cinema campaigns require minimum booking durations, Censor Certificate compliance, format requirements and advance timelines (see Cinema Terms & Conditions section in every district theatre collections page). Branding Store

8. Content & Intellectual Property

• All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, clips — is owned by Branding Store or its partners.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

9. User Responsibilities

By using our website and services, you agree not to:

• Submit false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information.

• Use the site for unlawful purposes.

• Interfere with website operations or security.

15. Government Permissions (Outdoor Activities)

• For outdoor advertising and on-ground promotional activities, obtaining Government / Local Authority permission is mandatory.

• Government permit charges are included in our basic quoted price wherever applicable.

• If actual Government permit fees exceed the standard/basic charges, the additional amount must be borne by the customer.

• Campaign execution is strictly subject to approval of required permits; delays or rejections by authorities are beyond our control.
